Bar & Alcohol Service at Hayvn

Beginning in 2026, and in compliance with Wisconsin state regulations, all alcohol service at Hayvn will be provided in-house. We’ve partnered with MSB Event Services (Minnesota School of Bartending)—a fully insured, highly rated team with over 50 years of experience.

There are no drink minimums, and we’ve structured our pricing to be modest, guest-friendly, and easy to scale to your needs.

Professional Bartenders

Solo Bartender (Great for under 100 guests) - the standard bar setup fee is $450, which includes:

• One licensed bartenders for up to 5 hours

• Setup and cleanup

• All tools and equipment

• General and liquor liability insurance

• Temporary event licensing (as required by law)

• Additional time: $75/hour

Two Bartenders (Great for over 100 guests), the standard bar setup fee is $550, which includes:

• Two licensed bartenders for up to 5 hours

• Setup and cleanup

• All tools and equipment

• General and liquor liability insurance

• Temporary event licensing (as required by law)

• Additional time: $100/hour

*Option to add a 3rd bartender at an hourly rate

Beverage Selections

We offer a wide variety of options, including:

• Domestic and craft beers

• Hard seltzers

• Red, white, and sparkling wines

• Standard and premium liquors

• Signature drinks or “His & Hers” cocktail creations

• For safety and exceptional service all drinks will be can and/or pour offerings - no shots (other than the ski toast), glassware (other than the head table toasts), no tapped kegs.

Final drink selections are confirmed 45–90 days before your event so everything is tailored to your style and ready to serve.

Standard Sample Drink Pricing (Cash or Hybrid Bar)

Our pricing is set below the average for comparable venues:

• Water: $1

• Soda: $2

• Domestic beer: $4

• Craft beer: $6

• Wine: $7

• Mixed drinks: $7

• Premium mixed drinks: $9

• Special orders are custom-priced based on your selection

***10% discount given for pre-paid drink orders over $2750

Alcohol Service Policies

• Bar hours:

  • Sunday–Thursday: Service ends no later than 9:00 PM. Those with shuttle service may extend to 9:30 PM

  • Friday/Saturday: Service ends no later than 10:00 PM. Those with shuttle service may extend to 11:00 PM

• Maximum duration:

  • Bar service may extend beyond 4 hours only with proof of shuttle service or via limited drink tickets.

  • The absolute maximum bar service is 7 hours.

• Legal compliance:
  The Renter agrees to fully cooperate and assist Hayvn, along with any catering or bartending services, in enforcing the laws of the State of Wisconsin and all Facility policies regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Non-Alcoholic Options

We can offer a variety of non-alcoholic drinks as well, including soda, bottled water, and optional mocktails—so everyone feels included in the celebration.

Alcohol Free Weddings

***For events where alcohol is not being served you may elect to bring in your own Non-Alcoholic beverages outside of Hayvn’ s service.
