Sales Taxes & Credit Processing: WI sales tax (5.5%) applies to venue rental. Card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
Event Insurance: A $1M event insurance policy is required for each couple, listing Hayvn at Hay River as an additional insured party. Estimated cost: $150-$250
Rate Changes: Pricing is subject to change. Rates and terms are based on the contract date, not the tour date.
Capacity: Our capacity is determined by the number of restrooms, when exceeding 225 a portable restroom rental would be required by the township to be added.
Refundable Standard Damage & Care Deposit: $500.
